Have you ever had that feeling of just scrubbing off the tension, standing in the hot shower, and letting the stress rinse away?
Well it turns out, that is not a bad idea after all!
Hot / warm water dilates blood vessels that allow blood to flow and moves inflammation due to stagnant blood and fluids! Muscles will ease in warm water. Add a scrub to the mix and you have a spa session made for champions!
Scrubs remove dead skin cells and excess debris in the pores that will leave you feeling clean and fresh! The vigorous friction on the skin, stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system and induces a relaxation response in the body, after a few minutes!
Tips:
1. You can use pink sea salt or table salt from kitchen
2. Add 2 tablespoons salt to your body-wash. Rub all over, chest, legs, hips, and arms.
3. Allow the water to rinse off salt.
4. Coat the body in oil or lotion after shower to lock in moisture
You can scrub the entire body once per month and trouble spots every couple weeks. Allowing the skin to heal and rejuvenate! Don’t forget the Sunscreen!
